Hi, I’m Lesley and I’ve been in your shoes…
In case we’ve never met before, let me tell you a little bit about me…
In 2014, I faced a pivotal moment in my life when I lost my job. This left me feeling adrift, dissatisfied with the trajectory of my career. For years, I had a burning desire to forge my own path. I was sick of working for someone else, building their dream. I took a leap of faith by positioning myself as a Virtual Assistant and started working with clients almost straight away. At the time, I had no way of sharing how people could get in touch with me online … I knew I needed a website. After all, it should be your hub - it’s where customers make purchases, show off your portfolio, read your latest blog or how they get to know you, where your social media’s are linked, where your customers find you, how appointments are made. Everything should lead back to your website.
I first tried Wordpress … It took me months to figure it out, I felt so overwhelmed and stressed. When it was finally launched, it got hacked. I was having to update the plugins and it kept crashing, trying to make changes was difficult. I hardly ever sent anyone to my website because I was deeply embarrassed. Fast forward to 2018 - a turning point arrived when one of my clients asked me to design her website in Squarespace. I almost went running for the hills…
However, I took a deep breath and decided to look under the bonnet of Squarespace, after studying it and experimenting with it’s features - I fell in love…
Today I have helped over 80 clients launch their websites.

on a personal note…
I cycled around Tasmania (500kms), by myself, with no cycling experience …. the Tour De France guys use these mountains to practice. I nearly died but it was the best thing I have ever done in my life!
I used to be a professional dancer - you can still find me doing dance offs in my lounge.
My hair has been almost every colour under the sun (except blue or green).
I love a good binge of Netflix (any streaming service) and I can easily watch a whole season of something in one sitting … yikes did I just admit that.
I love true crime, the more gory the better - podcasts, wrongful convictions etc - If I could, I would be a detective.
I am a Women’s Circle Facilitator and Meditation Teacher.
I used to run really fast and could easily run 10kms in 45mins.
I use essential oils for just about anything.
